These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.corenix.com ( “Website”). The Website is operated by Submer Inc. under the Corenix name. By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, immediately stop using the Website.

1. Who we are

Corenix is part of Submer, Inc., physically located at: 22600 Interstate 45, Spring, TX 77373, United States. Submer Inc. is a member of the Submer Technologies, S.L., a Spanish Corporation (collectively, these companies can be referred to as “We”).

We reserve the right revise these Terms at any time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Your continued use of the Website after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable

The Website provides general information about Corenix and its business, capabilities, technology, projects, products, and services. Website content is provided for general business information only. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, a binding technical specification, a warranty, professional advice, or any contractual commitment. Any supply of products or services is governed by a separate written agreement.

Corenix, Submer, and associated names, logos, and branding are trademarks or trade names of Submer Inc., Submer Technologies, S.L. , or their licensors. Nothing on the Website grants any license or right to use any mark. Third party names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Automated access, text and data mining, and machine learning

You may not use any automated means, including robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, or data extraction tools, to access, monitor, copy, or collect Website content.

We expressly reserve all rights in Website content for the purposes of text and data mining and the development, training, fine tuning, or evaluation of artificial intelligence or machine learning systems. This constitutes an express reservation of rights for the purposes of Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and any equivalent provision in other jurisdictions. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, in which case the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted.

Personal information collected in connection with the Website is handled as described in the Corenix Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Corenix Cookie Policy. Both form part of your relationship with us in connection with the Website.

17. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Website, or its subject matter, including non-contractual disputes and claims, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States applicable in it, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If you access the Website from a jurisdiction whose law grants you mandatory protections that cannot be excluded by agreement, nothing in this section deprives you of those protections.

18. Jurisdiction

You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website, and you waive any objection to those courts on grounds of venue or inconvenient forum. Nothing in this section prevents us from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
